Harvey solves the drafting problem. Every document it produces still needs your firm's style applied — fonts, headings, paragraph numbering, margins, cover pages. Docxedo does that in one click. Draft to client-ready in under a minute.

Harvey writes a well-structured deed in seconds. It arrives in Word looking like a draft — generic fonts, inconsistent headings, no paragraph numbering, no cover page. Before it goes anywhere near a client, someone needs to make it look like your firm wrote it.
In most firms, that means a senior associate or legal secretary spending 15–30 minutes manually applying styles. Multiply that across every Harvey output, every day, and you have not saved time — you have moved the bottleneck.
Docxedo closes the gap. Open the Harvey draft in Word, select your style guide, press the button. The document is reformatted to your firm's exact standard in under a minute. The source doesn't matter. The output is always correct.
Prompt Harvey as you normally would. It produces a well-structured, well-written draft and outputs a Word document — in minutes rather than hours.
One click. Docxedo applies your firm's complete house style — fonts, headings, paragraph numbering, margins, and cover page.
The document is formatted to your firm's exact standard. Review the content, not the formatting. Send.
See it live — bring a Harvey draft and we'll style it in front of you.
See It on a Harvey Draft →This gap won't close with better AI models. It's not a capability problem — it's an architectural one.
Harvey produces brilliant drafts because legal language requires judgment. There's always a better or worse way to phrase a clause, and Harvey is extraordinarily good at finding the right words. That's exactly what AI is built for. But document styling is the opposite of judgment. "Level 2 heading: 11pt Calibri, 6pt space before, 0pt after, no bold" is an exact specification that must execute identically every time — across every document, every user, every draft. There is no better version. There is only correct or incorrect. And an LLM — which generates output by predicting the most likely next word based on everything it's been trained on — has no mechanism to guarantee it.
Predicts the most likely correct text. Brilliant for drafting — language has nuance, context, and judgment. The right answer varies with every document.
Applies exact rules. The style definition is the execution — every heading, every margin, every paragraph. The output is identical regardless of who pressed the button.
An LLM applying styles will sometimes be right, sometimes close, and sometimes wrong. "Close" is the most dangerous outcome — near-miss formatting errors are hard to spot and easy to miss before a document reaches a client. And to use LLM-applied styling safely, a human would need to verify every document. That defeats the purpose entirely.
Docxedo does not predict your firm's style — it applies it. That's why the combination works, and why firms that invest in Harvey still need a separate tool for formatting.
